# Privacy

What we keep, why, and how to have it removed.

PokerSolver is run by 99TRIES OÜ, Järvevana tee 9, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, 11314 Harju maakond, Estonia. VAT number EE102609668.

## What we keep

- Your account number and your credit balance.
- If you sign in through Claude, that sign-in: which app it was for, and a hashed token, so it can stay signed in.
- The spot behind each solve, and its answer, so a spot isn't solved twice and we can find faults.
- Spots we could not answer, in the request queue, with no link to who asked.
- A count of requests per account, for limits.

There is no name, email or password on an account. A hand history you send isn't kept: we read it and answer, and while a street is solving its text rides in the `job_id` your assistant holds. It can hold other players' screen names, so send your own hands, not other people's.

## Who handles it

Hosting and traffic: Vercel and Cloudflare. Card payments: Paddle, which sees your payment details. Crypto payments: CoinGate. We never see card numbers.

## Your assistant

Your assistant's maker has its own policy for what you type. We see what the assistant sends us, not your chat.

## Removal

Send your account number to [support](https://pokersolver.app/support) and we delete what is linked to it. Lost numbers can't be traced back to a person.

## Study, not live play

For study away from the tables: using a solver or any assistance during a hand is against most poker sites' rules. PokerSolver is independent and not affiliated with any poker site.
