How to reach a person.

## Contact

Email hello@99tries.com. For anything about an account, include the number. Never send it in a public place.

## Before you write

- How to connect: [the docs](https://pokersolver.app/docs).
- An answer looks wrong: send the spot, or the `job_id`, and read [what it stands on](https://pokersolver.app/accuracy).
- A game is missing: use `request_game_mode`.
- Credits: [how they work](https://pokersolver.app/credits).

## Study, not live play

For study away from the tables: using a solver or any assistance during a hand is against most poker sites' rules. PokerSolver is independent and not affiliated with any poker site.
