## The service

PokerSolver gives solver answers for study. Answers are estimates with limits we [publish](https://pokersolver.app/accuracy). They are not advice, and they come with no promise of any result at the table.

## Fair use

- Don't use it during a hand, or in any way a poker site's rules forbid.
- Don't pull answers in bulk, rebuild the charts, or resell the answers as a data set.
- Don't try to get around limits or attack the service.
- Building a product on the answers is welcome. See [what you can keep](https://pokersolver.app/pricing).

## Credits

Credits are prepaid, never expire and stay on the account number that bought them. If you lose the number, we can't restore them. Paddle or CoinGate handles the sale, and their terms apply to it.

## Changes and limits

We may change game modes, limits and prices. Credits you hold keep their value in solves. The service comes as it is, and we are liable for no more than you paid us in the last 12 months, where the law allows that limit.

## Study, not live play

For study away from the tables: using a solver or any assistance during a hand is against most poker sites' rules. PokerSolver is independent and not affiliated with any poker site.
